These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases of jewelry and related products (“Products”) from Enzo Seamus Sweets, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or making a purchase, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. All Sales Final – No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
Due to the custom, handmade, and personalized nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order is placed and/or production has begun. This includes custom designs, pieces made to your specifications, personalized engravings, or any item incorporating client-provided materials or preferences.
2. Custom Orders
Custom jewelry is made specifically for you based on your design requests, measurements, stone selections, or other instructions. Payments are non-refundable, as they cover materials, design time, and production commitments.
3. Defects or Damage
If a Product arrives damaged due to shipping or contains a manufacturing defect (not normal wear/tear or misuse), contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details. We will evaluate and may offer repair, replacement, or another remedy at our discretion.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enzo Seamus Sweets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our Products.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
