How will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders via USPS for a flat rate of $5, automatically applied at checkout.

We pack fast! Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days (often as soon as the next business day).

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working toward offering it in the future. Thank you for your understanding!

What is your return & refund policy?

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll be happy to review it and may offer a repair, replacement, or other solution at our discretion. Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or handling is not considered a manufacturing defect.
